SOPs & Handoff to Sales Team

Just like with any successful battle plan, a great strategy is incomplete without a set of written rules - Standard operating procedures. These SOPs will act as the sales playbook that we write up and hand off to our client's sales team to use as their bible.

Growth consutling

Along with our growth protocol comes the benefit of having one of our consultants on board as either a hands-off when necessary or a fractional head of growth.

The important thing to note is that whether it's consulting on growth, sales training, or guiding our clients along the protocol build-out process, at no point will we leave them to figure it out by themselves, we are in this together.

Capital, you could argue, is the lifeblood of everything, especially a B2B start-up. However, to get to play in the big leagues, you first need to qualify and then have the right network. We help with the qualification by taking our clients past the $1,000,000 ARR mark and then if they choose, can access our investors' network.
